Our Founders

Prof. Dr. Alparslan Baksu completed his primary and secondary education in Sartmahmut and his high school education at Salihli High School. He graduated from Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 1985. He worked as a general practitioner between 1985-1988 at Hatay National Education Health Education Center, which was his first place of duty. He completed his residency training in then field of obstetrics and gynaecology at Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital between 1988-1992. He worked as chief assistant in the same hospital from 1993 to 2012. In addition to this position, he also worked as the Central Delivery Room Coordinator (1998-2002) and the Central Operating Theatre Room Coordinator of the Gynaecology and Obstetrics Clinics (2004-2008).  In 2007, he visited  the Department of Gynaecological Oncology at Princess Margaret Hospital, University of Toronto as a visitor. In 2010, he received the title and authorisation of 'University Associate Professor' in the field of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. In 2012, he retired from government service. In 2015, he became 'Professor' in the same field. After his professorship title, he taught as a faculty member at Nişantaşı University for 3 years.Prof.Dr.Alparslan Baksu founded the Ota Aesthetics and Beauty Center in Istanbul with his four doctor friends  in 1997. This center is still operating. In 2013, he became a Board Member of Ota & Jinemed Hospital. He continues to work as an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at the same hospital. He has also been working as the Director of Ota & Jinemed Hospital IVF Centre since 2015.

In 2002, Prof. Dr. Alparslan Baksu took part as an instructor in the 'Reproductive Health Assistant Training and Reproductive Health Service Quality Improvement Project', which is a joint work of the Human Resources Development Foundation and the Ministry of Health within the scope of the ""United Nations Population Fund Third Countries Programme (UNFPA)"" and then organised these courses.

Prof. Dr. Alparslan Baksu's biography has been included in the Marquis Who's Who in the World, which has been published by the American publishing house Marquis every year since 1972.

He has 32 articles published in reputable international scientific journals and 32 articles published in national journals. He has presented 7 papers in international scientific meetings and 5 papers in national meetings. His international publications have been cited (used as a source) more than 100 times in reputable international journals.

Working for 24 years in one of the largest training and research hospitals in Istanbul, he has advanced experience and skills in every field, especially in the field of Obstetric and Gynaecological Surgery. He is one of the most experienced physicians in his field in Istanbul. He mainly serves his patients in Infertility (IVF), Laparoscopic and Hysteroscopic Surgery, Urinary Incontinence, Genital Organ Prolapse and Genital Aesthetics.
